  • Description: Join me at a Warwickshire location for this macro photography workshop: We will work around the area in search of macro and abstract shapes, form, colour, tone and patterns.

    There are beautiful trees with loads of interesting trunks - in addition, all around the area is water, stone and nature’s imprint creating some great textures, shapes, patterns and colours for us to explore and practise and learn macro photography.

    Join me at a Warwickshire location for this abstract and macro photography workshop.  We will work around the area in search of abstract shapes, forms, colours, tones, and patterns.

    There are beautiful old trees with loads of interesting trunks. In addition, water, stone, and nature's imprint are all around the area, creating some great textures, shapes, patterns, and colours for us to explore and make images from.

    In this macro photography workshop, Alan will guide you through:

    • Using a macro lens or Zoom

    • Depth of Field

    • Composition for macro photography or abstract ideas

    • Tonal range and shadow and highlight recognition
